  • Video: East Grand Rapids’ new bridge taking shape

    The City of East Grand Rapids is building a new bridge over the channel between Reeds Lake and Fisk Lake this summer. On Tuesday, the contractor placed the precast, 18-ft-wide by 4-ft.-tall concrete sections into place. Reeds Lake Boulevard should be open in September, after the bridge approaches are built and the road is paved.
