With three simple steps you’re on your way to saving money and increasing your access to project documents. Here’s how:

1. Complete your contact information below and submit it using the ‘Submit’ button. This information is intended for use in Administering the P&N Plan Room.

2. We will then send you an invoice for $100 for one year of membership to the P&N Plan Room. This membership will allow you access to these electronic documents—Project Advertisement, Plan Holders’ List, Specifications, Plans/Drawings (PDF), Addendum, Bid Tabulations—for as many projects as you wish/are qualified to bid on throughout an entire membership year (October 1 to September 30). Projects bid through MDOT, including airport projects will not be available via the P&N Plan Room.

3. Upon receipt of your $100 membership fee, we will provide you with a password so that you can login and begin using the plan room. The first time you login you will be required to reset your password.
