Environmental Laboratory
Prein&Newhof established its Environmental Laboratory
in 1974, to meet the analytical testing needs of its engineering
clients. Since then, P&N has developed its laboratory capabilities
to provide comprehensive analytical testing services in the areas
of soil, water, wastewater, solid waste, and hazardous waste.
Prein&Newhof is one of the few laboratories in West Michigan
specializing in the analysis of drinking water samples, and is Drinking
Water Certified by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
The lab’s capabilities include the following:
• Organics, metals, inorganics,and
microbiology
• NPDES/IPP compliance monitoring
• Field services including placement of auto samplers and
sampling
In addition to providing quality analytical services
to support client environmental needs, Prein&Newhof also helps
clients understand and comply with state and local environmental regulations.
