City of Hart’s State Street wins Quality of Life Award

Congratulations to the City of Hart! P&N engineer Amy Malek, PE accepted the Michigan Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers Quality of Life Award for the City of Hart’s State Street Reconstruction project at the Michigan Infrastructure conference.

“The Michigan Section ASCE annually presents the Quality of Life Award for a project that exemplifies ASCE’s theme,“Civil Engineers Make the Difference – They Build the Quality of Life.” Emphasis of the project must be on small community or private projects, while the project should have positive effects on human lives without adversely affecting the surrounding environment.”                                                                                                                                                                                                – ASCE Award Application
