Traffic Access to Short Street parking lot will be shifting to Main Street beginning Friday (9/12) morning.

Sanitary sewer install on Front Street and Main Street will begin today, Tuesday 8/26. Pedestrian detour route has been put in place.

• C1, began removing old retaining wall on Red Bud.
• C1, began placing curb on 3rd Street.
• C3, completed storm sewer install East of McCoy Creek on Front street.
• C3, completed sand/ gravel placement at Front/Red Bud.
• Access to Phillip 66 gas station switched back to South Red Bud.

Work planned for this week (Aug. 25 to Aug. 30)

• C1, continue road building on Dewey West of Red Bud.
• C1, continue retaining wall install on Red Bud.
• C1, continue sanitary sewer install on 3rd Street West of Red Bud.
• C1, continue pouring curb on 3rd Street.
• C3, begin sanitary sewer install on Main Street.

Access to the Phillip 66 gas station is now open off Red Bud Trl south of Front street.

Just a reminder that traffic access to Honor Credit union will be switching from Short Street to Main Street starting tomorrow. It will stay on Main Street for 1-2 weeks.

Additionally, Red Bud/3rd Street will be closed on Thursday. This will be to install sanitary sewer in this intersection-heading West. The contractor thinks they will be able to be down 3rd Street and have the intersection drivable within a day or so. Skyline Drive will be open and accessible all the way to City Hall/Lehman’s/Daycare.

Access to Short Street parking lot will shift back to Main Street either end of the day Tuesday (8/19) or early Wednesday morning (8/20). The green arrow signs will be moved once Main Street is drivable.
