  • Continued installation of valves, piping, and supports
  • Aluminum guardrail
  • Force main successfully pressure tested

  • Diversion Chamber concrete
  • Grouting of pump bases and installation of motors
  • Continued piping, valve, and electrical work
  • Connection to Contract 1 force main

  • Preliminary pump installation
  • Continued installation of valves, piping, and supports
  • Electrical equipment and wiring
  • Force main installed just short of Contract 1 force main

  • Grouting of pump bases and installation of motors
  • Continued piping, valve, and electrical work
  • Diversion Chamber concrete work

  • Pumps delivered to the site!
  • Force main installation

  • Medium voltage switch pad extension

  • Rerouted sump pump discharge pipe
  • Continued electrical wiring and mechanical work
  • Exterior painting
  • Excavated for medium voltage switch pad

  • Pour medium voltage switch pad and conduit duct bank
  • Continue mechanical and electrical work
October 10, 2025

  • Generator, automatic transfer switch, and transformer installed
  • Interior lift station piping and electrical work continued
  • Gravity sewers successfully air tested

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Continued mechanical and electrical work.

October 1, 2025

Work completed/in progress:

  • Sidewalk, stairs and transformer pad poured.
  • Monorail hoist installed.
  • Electrical equipment, wiring, and lighting installed.
  • Began installation of suction piping, valves, and force mains
  • Cleaned up and graded existing retention pond area.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Gravity sewer testing.
  • Force main installation and testing.
  • Generator and transformer installation.
  • Continued mechanical and electrical equipment and wiring installation.
September 5, 2025

Work completed/in progress:

  • Control panel and air handling unit delivered.
  • Electrical equipment and lighting installation started.
  • Additional 24″ force main laid.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Install drain line from building.
  • Form and pour sidewalk footings and foundation walls.
  • Finish duct work.

August 26, 2025

Work completed/in progress:

  • Meter chamber set.
  • Ductile Iron gravity sewer and force main pipe delivered to site.
  • Existing storm sewer removed
  • Unit heaters installed.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Install 48″ gravity sewer into wet well.
  • Partial installation of storm sewer.
  • Regrading of north side of site in preparation for force main installation.

August 8, 2025

Work completed/in progress:

  • Exterior equipment pads poured.
  • Ductwork, louvres, monorail, and doors installed.
  • Wet well coating completed and tested.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Electrical and mechanical work will continue.
July 14, 2025

  • Wet well coating began.
  • Metal roof completed.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Continue wet well coating.
  • Install soffit, fascia, and vents.
  • Pour equipment pads.
  • Continue conduit and ductwork installation.
