  • Continued preparation for wet well lining, and dry well stair installation.
  • Block filler applied.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Continue roof construction, preparation for wet well lining, and dry well stairs installation.
  • Install dry well ductwork and conduit.

  • Roof trusses were placed.

  • Pump suction pipe installation will begin.

  • Masonry and conduit installation continued.
  • Drain and water lines were installed in the dry well.
  • Masonry work was completed.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Precast concrete plank ceiling will be placed.

  • Masonry installation progressed. The interior walls and the north exterior wall are now complete.
  • Pump pads and wet well hatch curbs were poured.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Masonry and drain pipe installation will continue.

Work completed/in progress:

  • Dry well drains and formwork were installed in preparation for pouring the dry well floor.
  • Electrical conduit installation began in the dry well.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • The dry well floor will be poured Monday.
  • Conduit installation will continue, and the masonry crew will begin mobilizing to construct the building walls.

Work completed/in progress:

  • Dry well lid forms have been stripped.
  • Electrical and mechanical crews are working on installation of conduit and drains in the dry well.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Grand River Construction will pour the dry well floor, pump bases, and/or wet well access hatch curbs.

Work completed/in progress:

  • 48-inch and 42-inch sanitary sewer and manholes were installed.
  • The wet well lid forms were stripped.
  • Remaining conduit, floor sleeves, and top mat of steel were installed in the dry well lid.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • The dry well lid is scheduled to be poured Tuesday.
  • Installation of sanitary sewer will continue.

Work completed/in progress:

  • The Diversion Chamber was placed, and 48-inch sewer installation began.
  • Base mat of steel was installed in the dry well lid, and floor sleeves and conduit were added.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Remaining conduit and steel will be installed in the dry well. The dry well lid is scheduled to be poured late next week.
  • Installation of underground structures and sewer will continue.

Work completed/in progress:

  • Wet well lid was poured.
  • Backfill continued.
  • Grand River began constructing forms for dry well lid.

Anticipated work activities for the coming week:

  • Installation of steel, conduit, and floor drains in dry well lid, which is currently scheduled to be poured the week of March 24.
  • Installation of underground structures and gravity sewer.
