- Montgomery will finish installing water services on Northgate (north of Eldon).
- Montgomery will install water services on Northgate (south of Eldon) pending passing disinfection test results.
- Sidewalks on Daylor and Northgate (north of Eldon) will be staked, and Montgomery will start grading in preparation for concrete crews to arrive on site within the next week.
