This Week:
- Dean’s worked on wrapping up construction activities in the Saddle Ridge neighborhood and along Edgerton.
- Dean’s installed force main by open cut excavation along Elstner. De Witt Trenching began installing force main by horizontal directional drill along Wolven.
- Construction along Wolven has begun at 11 Mile and will progress south to 10 Mile.
- Dean’s installed the gravity sanitary sewer south of 10 Mile. This sewer will take the flow from the new force main and direct it into an existing sanitary sewer in Premier Park.
- Dean’s successfully pressure tested the new force main pipe from the lift station site to across US-131.
- Dean’s installed an air release structure at the entrance of the Saddle Ridge neighborhood this week.
- Asphalt paving for the road patches in the Saddle Ridge Neighborhood is scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday next week. Once a definitive schedule is known it will be passed along so residents can plan accordingly.
- Dean’s will continue to work on restoration and cleanup activities in the Saddle Ridge neighborhood with the goal of having the bulk of construction complete by next Friday. There will be additional work that Dean’s will do at the lift station site in the coming months, but they are waiting on materials to be delivered.
- Force main construction will be completed along Elstner and will continue along Wolven.
