Approximately 800 feet of sanitary sewer has been installed on Pipestone Road, Carlton Ave, and across M139. Concrete replacement on Pipestone Road between Carlton Ave and Herr Ct has also occurred.

Restoration of M139 is planned for next week, and M139 will be reopened prior to Labor Day weekend. Once the cut across M139 is restored, Stage 3 of the project will begin and traffic on M139 will be shifted to allow sanitary sewer replacement on M139 from Carlton Ave to Pipestone Rd.
