Work completed/in progress from the last update:
- Transmission main between 152nd and western drill pit passed pressure test and is being connected to the drilled pipe.
- Pigged pipe drilled beneath Pine Creek.
- Transmission main installation in 144th Ave intersection complete and progressing to eastern drill pit.
- Road paving and incidental concrete work between 152nd and western drill pit.
- Road resurfacing project between Lakeshore and 144th started removals and concrete improvements.
Anticipated activities for the upcoming week include:
- Continue transmission main between 144th and River to Holland Charter Township maintenance building.
- Continue transmission main installation to eastern drill pit.
- Mill transitions between existing and new paved surfaces between 152nd and 144th.
- Chlorinate and test transmission main between 152nd and eastern drill pit.
- Install restraint collar(s) on HDPE pipe.
- Pave 144th Ave intersection and re-open to traffic.
- Shoulder and topsoil restoration between 152nd and 144th.
- Commence easement storm sewer construction between 144th and Aniline for road reconstruct project.
- Dewatering setups, lateral replacement, and water service replacement, as necessary.
