All of the restoration work should be completed by K&R later today. As a reminder, it is strongly encouraged to continue routine lawn care for your new grass. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cutting the grass regularly which will help to cut down the weeds that will grow. All topsoil has weed seed in it and mowing your lawn is one of the best ways to prevent weeds from taking over and it will allow the grass to mature.
- Routine fertilizer applications are recommended after the new grass has begun to grow. This is critical to make sure the grass has enough nutrients to grow as it matures over the next few years.
- Routine (daily) watering of the new grass is recommended to promote good grass growth.
Each individual homeowner is responsible for routine lawn care. Please reference the Lawn Care Guidelines which were distributed to all homeowners earlier this spring. If you have any questions on how to care for your lawn, please reach out to a project representative.
Please contact any project representative if you have questions or concerns.
