Water service stubs—to the edge of the road right of way—were completed in the north half of the neighborhood this week.
Many residents continue to make preparations to connect to the municipal water system. One house on Royal Hannah already has connected and more are in the process of connecting. You may schedule the work to hook up to your water service as soon as you have received an approved Quotation Form. An approved Quotation Form has been returned to approximately 65% of Wellington Ridge residents. Note that properties will not show up as “connected” on the construction status map until all paperwork has been submitted and processed.
Concrete driveway replacement also continues.
What to Expect Next Week (June 8 – 13)
- Bultsma will continue replacing concrete driveways and will start lawn restoration, including sprinkler system repairs.
- Road crossings are scheduled for paving next week. The base course of asphalt at the road crossings tentatively is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, and Wednesday, June 10. This will limit access to parts of the neighborhood while the work is being completed, but you will be able to drive on the new asphalt shortly after paving.
Projected Timeline
- Early June
- All water services ready for private connections
- Late June
