Progress Report:
This week Miller Bridge continued work driving the H Piles into the Bayou for the bridge expansion. Crews also have been working on placing gravel for the path between 144th Avenue and the Bridge.
In addition, this week a crew from Michigan Pavers and Walls completed one of the small block retaining walls along the pathway.
Upcoming Work:
Next week they hope to continue work on the H Piles, as only 4 remain to be set. They will also keep working on the new expansion joints for the bridge and start on demolition of the existing abutment walls in preparation for reconstruction.
