This week work was primarily focused on preparation for larger activities. Actual pipe installation has not begun yet but will begin his coming week.
Work Completed This Week
- Installed dewatering systems on Edgewater and at the Alley on Thompson.
- Constructed an access pit on Thompson for installation of the sanitary sewer in the alley between Walnut and Cherry. This will be used to push a steel pipe into the alley which will ultimately have the final sanitary sewer pipe inserted through it. This limits impact to the alley where the excavation would be deepest.
Anticipated Work
- Installation of the bore and jacked casing in the alley.
- Installation of water main and sanitary sewer on Edgewater.
