This Week:
- Schippers continued force main installation.
- The HDPE force main fittings were delivered to the site earlier this week. Schippers was installing force main in different locations throughout the project because they were waiting on these bends.
Next Week:
- Schippers will install the force main through the parking lot south of Family Fare.
- Force main construction will continue along Plainfield Avenue.
- It was determined that the original bore & jack attempt ran into some large boulders under the box culvert on Plainfield Service Drive. The grades have been adjusted so that this bore & jack can be completed and miss the boulders. Schippers will begin preparing for the bore & jack crossing under the box culvert end of next week.
