Work Completed this Past Week:
- Storm drainage structures and pipes were replaced
- 7th Street was graded and gravel road base was placed
- Project was prepped for new concrete curb and gutter to be installed
Work Anticipated Week of October 30, 2023
- String lines will be installed and concrete curb and gutter will be installed on 7th Street on Monday, October 30, 2023
- PLEASE do remove all vehicles from your driveway if you need them. You will NOT have access to your driveway for about 1 week.
- Concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches will be placed
- Remaining storm drainage structures and pipes will be replaced
- A new hydrant will be installed at 6th and Oakwood on Wednesday, November 1, 2023
- Grading the road and preparing for asphalt
- Complete any remaining underground utility work
Work Anticipated Week of November 6, 2023
- Continue concrete sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, driveways, miscellaneous curbs
- Finish grading any roadways
- Backfilling areas between the sidewalk and curb, begin lawn restorations
- Begin asphalt paving
