The 16-inch ductile iron transmission main pipe has started to arrive on site today and is being stored at the Buth Pump Station site. Dean’s Excavating intends to start transmission main construction on August 15th. Construction will start at the Pump Station driveway (900 Buth Drive) and progress west along Buth, and then south down Pine Island. Transmission main construction along Buth is anticipated to start August 15 and last through the first week of September. Transmission main construction along Pine Island is anticipated to start the first week of September and last through the end of October.
