The focus this past week was on placing driveway approaches, sidewalk, turf restoration, signs and irrigation repairs for Phase I. Additionally, water main for Phase II was placed and tested. The focus this week will be on placing water main tie-ins and services, as well as, beginning sanitary install for Phase II.
Work Completed Last Week
- Contractor placed sidewalk and drive approaches, on Phase I.
- Contractor placed and tested water main on Sanford St. Phase II.
- Contractor performed turf restoration on Phase I.
- Contractor performed irrigation repairs on Phase I.
- Contractor placed signs on Phase I.
Anticipated Work This Week
- Continue turf restoration and hydroseeding on phase I.
- Perform water main tie-ins on Phase II, Scheduled for Monday June 26th.
- Place hydrants and Leeds on Phase II.
- Perform water services on Phase II.
- Perform hand patching of asphalt at driveways behind walk on Phase I.
- Begin sanitary mainline install on Phase II.
