Work Completed this Past Week and Recently:
- All water main and service stubs are installed on Seng, Kunz and Aue
- All water main is installed on Petrie west of Grand Haven Road and in the easement along the Airport – Tests have passed and the main will is now safe to be connected to the system
- Water main has been installed on Wilson west of Grand Haven Road
- Concrete driveway approaches and concrete curb radii were replaced on Seng and Kunz
- Lawn restorations have been done on Seng and Kunz – awaiting seeding
Work Anticipated Week of October 2, 2023
- Water main will be connected at Petrie and Grand Haven Road on Monday, October 2, 2023. This should not affect anyone’s water.
- Water service stubs will begin on Petrie on Tuesday
- Finish water main installation on Wilson and begin testing
- Remove remaining damaged asphalt on Seng and Kunz
- Possibly repave asphalt areas on Seng and Kunz and maybe Aue/Miller Intersection – NOTE: Aue Road will be restored east of Miller Road as it was – with asphalt millings
Work Anticipated Week of October 9, 2023
- If paving wasn’t completed on Kunz/Seng/Aue, it will be done this week
- Complete all restoration items on Kunz/Seng/Aue
- Continue water stub installation on Petrie
- Begin edge of road restoration on Petrie
- Possibly connect Wilson water main to Grand Haven Road water main and new easement water main near Airport
Construction is scheduled to be completed in November 2023. Please watch for more information about connecting to the new water main for those residents connecting to the new water main.
