Last Two Weeks:
- Brenner Excavating completed the remaining water service stub installations between the Freska Lake Drain and Pine Island Drive.
- All water services are now available for connection. You should schedule the work of connecting your house with the contractor you selected to install your water service. If you do not already have a contractor selected to install your water service, it is highly recommended that you do so soon.
- Brenner Excavating continued to build the new road by bringing in new sand and gravel and grading and compacting these materials.
Remaining Work:
- Brenner Excavating will continue to build the road towards Pine Island Drive, install remaining storm sewer, and complete restoration. This work is anticipated to be completed in August.
- Private side water service connections will continue throughout the coming months.
