Work to Date
- Watermain has been placed, tested, tied-in and crews have stubbed water services to the right-of way line in the following locations.
- Burger between Goodwood and the west end of the job limits (6950 Burger).
- Cimarron between Goodwood and Tuscany.
- Tripoli between Burger and Tuscany and on Tripoli Court.
- Tuscany between Burger and the west end of the job limits.
- Watermain has been placed along Tanglewood between Burger and Thornapple River Drive.
- Pressure testing and chlorination is complete.
- Services are ongoing.
- Watermain has been placed along Tricklewood between Tanglewood and Brookhills Ct and Brookhills Ct east of Tricklewood.
- Pressure testing and chlorination is complete.
- Services are ongoing.
- Contractor has completed the installation of the new storm sewer on Burger between Tanglewood and the bayou and between Tuscany and 6920 Burger.
- Restorative efforts are continuing, and damaged irrigation systems are being repaired.
Work Upcoming
- Crews will continue to work on water service installation on Tanglewood, Tricklewood and Brookhills Ct.
- Watermain installation on Tricklewood is expected to begin in the next few weeks, starting at the Tanglewood intersection moving south towards Tricklewood Ct.
- Crews will continue restorative efforts in completed areas.
General Notes
- Residents should be aware that after your yard has been dug it may be up to a month before we are able to complete the work and repair irrigation systems.
- The contractor will be responsible for establishing grass growth. For best results residents are encouraged to regularly water the hydroseed and mow down any weeds that do come in.
