The focus this past week was on Phase III water services and sanitary sewer, as well as Phase II storm sewer placement and sanitary sewer abandonment. This week, work will continue on road building and curb & gutter on Phase II, as well as water services and sanitary mainline on Phase III.
Work Completed Last Week
- Contractor completed placing of aggregate road base on Phase II.
- Contractor placed public and private side water services on Phase III.
- Contractor completed placement of storm sewer on Phase II.
- Contractor completed sanitary sewer abandonment on Phase II.
- Contractor began placing sanitary sewer on Phase III.
Anticipated Work This Week
- Complete concrete foundation wall at High School.
- Continue building road on Phase II.
- Continue placing public and private side water services to homes on Phase III.
- Continue placing sanitary mainline on Phase III.
- Begin placing curb & gutter and, sidewalk on Phase II.
