Construction is planned to start back up the week of March 10.
Residents should have received notification from Montgomery Excavating about their plans to start construction for 2025. Prein&Newhof survey crews should be out this week setting stakes on Daylor and Northgate. Montgomery plans to start water main construction on Daylor next week. Construction is anticipated to wrap up in early May.
Once the weather warms up, Milbocker will be back on site to complete punch list items, like sprinkler repairs, along Miramar and Eldon. This work most likely will not take place until April. Once more information is received from Milbocker it will be passed along.
