MNRTF Grants – $300,000 available for parks in 2017

MDNR set to host Recreation Grant Workshops

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) is hosting nine free workshops across the state this winter for those who are considering applying to the following for funding in 2017:

  • Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund
  • Land and Water Conservation Fund
  • Recreation Passport Grant Program
  • Invasive Species Grant Program

At each workshop the MDNR will cover updated information and application deadlines for each program, introduce Grants Management staff you should know, and discuss the online application process. Time will be provided for Q&A.

Pre–registration is not required.  Here is the full schedule. The MDNR has created a Powerpoint presentation for those who cannot attend.
