Infrastructure Funding Success: Holton, Michigan Sidewalk Improvements.
As Holton is classified as a low-income community, P&N suggested that the Township apply for a Infrastructure Capacity Enhancement (ICE) grant through the MEDC to build new sidewalks. P&N completed the grant application, and the Township was awarded a grant for $132,600, covering 100% of the project’s construction cost.
