Get Recreation Plans ready for 2014 Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund grants

August 15, 2012

All Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund (MNRTF) grant applications require an approved Recreation Plan. The next MNRTF grant application deadline is April 1, 2013, with your Recreation Plans due March 1, 2013. MNRTF grants up to $300,000 for park development projects with a 25% local match requirement. MNRTF also helps applicants acquire park land with grant amounts decided on a case-by-case basis. Acquisition grants over $1,000,000 are possible, with no match requirement.
