On September 9, 2014, the City of Hart dedicated a memorial in honor of of our colleague Mark Lee. WWTP Superintendent Paul Cutter and City Manager Stan Rickard, along with the Hart WWTP committee, were on hand to unveil it. Mark’s wife and daughters were also in attendance. Paul constructed the stone monument with insight he gained from Mark, who built a his own stone fireplace and other stone landscaping around his house. Paul has taken great care of the plant appearance adding flowers, shrubs, trees, and irrigation. The monument is on the entrance drive heading up the hill to the north side of the plant. Lighting will be added at the base of the monument directed to a flag pole that is in the works.
