The Fred Meijer Standale Trail will add a key connection when the City of Walker builds a $2,000,000 pedestrian tunnel under five-lane M-45/Lake Michigan Drive near downtown Standale. To promote their proposed pedestrian tunnel under M-45 that would complete the Fred Meijer Standale Trail, a group in the City of Walker recently released this video featuring footage of Greenville’s award-winning pedestrian tunnel under M-57, which we helped design in 2010.
