Access/Traffic: During construction, Pin Oak Drive and access to all driveways will remain open. Residents will notice an increase in construction traffic, and there may be temporary restricted access near 320 Pin Oak Drive to protect residents and crews.

August 29, 2026

The lift station was started up on August 17. Flow was diverted to West Randall Lift Station on August 18, and the station was considered substantially complete on August 19 after Windemuller corrected some controls and SCADA issues. The bypass pumps will be removed early next week.
We are compiling a punch list and finalizing record plans.

August 7, 2026

Work Completed:

Pumps and remaining valves and piping installed
Generator gas piping installed
Electrical wiring and SCADA programming continued

Upcoming Work:

Install control valve actuators
Complete electrical and instrumentation wiring and PLC/SCADA programming prior to startup
MCC startup is scheduled for August 10-11
Generator startup is scheduled for August 11-12
Live lift station startup is scheduled for August 12
- On Monday or Tuesday (August 10 or 11), Main Lift Station bypass flows will be diverted away from the WWTP through the new 20-inch force main to West Randall Lift Station

July 27, 2026

Generator set and wired
Pump bases poured
Valves and piping painted
Electrical conduit and wiring continued

Upcoming Work:

Set pumps and finish installing and testing final valves and piping
Install generator gas piping
Complete electrical and instrumentation wiring
Complete PLC and SCADA programming
Generator startup scheduled for August 3-4
MCC startup scheduled for August 10-11
Live lift station startup scheduled for August 12
- Before live startup, flows will be diverted through the new 20-inch force main to West Randall Lift Station

July 10, 2026

Work Completed:

Demolition and wet well cores
Installation of control panel and MCC
Electrical conduit and wiring
Generator pad pour

Upcoming Work:

Generator will be set once pad achieves adequate strength
Pump bases will be poured and pumps set
Electrical conduit and wiring will continue
Process piping and valve installation will be completed
Startup is tentatively scheduled for the week of August 10

June 29, 2026

Work Completed:

Pumps, valves, piping, and electrical demolished
Yard piping installed and tested
Process piping, valves, conduit, interior equipment pads, and control panel installation started
Generator pad frost walls poured

Upcoming Work:

Generator pad pour
Pump base pours
Electrical conduit and MCC installation
Wet well cores and suction pipe installation

May 29, 2026

Bypass pump setup and testing is complete. The station will be removed from service early next week to begin demolition.
Process pipe installation is partially complete.
The force main yard piping and bypass connection will be installed tomorrow and next week.

May 1, 2026

All major equipment has been delivered except the control panel, which is 2-3 weeks out.
Bypass pumping is anticipated to begin the week of May 18, with demolition shortly after.
