Bottles and printed sample collection instructions are available at our Laboratory in Grand Rapids.
Please drop off samples at our Grand Rapids Laboratory between:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday
Holiday hours may vary.
To drop off samples at our Holland or Muskegon locations, please call our Lab to coordinate this service.
