Purchase Annual Membership
We will then send you an invoice for $150 for our annual membership to the P&N Plan Room. This membership will allow you access to these electronic documents—Project Advertisement, Plan Holders’ List, Specifications, Plans/Drawings (PDF), Addendum, Bid Tabulations—for as many projects as you wish/are qualified to bid on throughout an entire membership year (October 1 to September 30). Projects bid through MDOT, including airport projects will not be available via the P&N Plan Room.
Access the Plan Room
Upon receipt of your $150 membership fee, we will provide you with a password so that you can login and begin using the plan room. The first time you login, you will be required to reset your password.
