Courtland Township - Pump Stations No. 2 3 4 5 7 8 9 and 10

Important Information

This project, scheduled to be complete by late Spring 2027, will retrofit eight of the Township’s wastewater pump stations with new pumps, valves, piping, electrical equipment, controls, standby generators, and other improvements. The work is being completed as part of an ongoing effort to improve wastewater system reliability.

Access/Traffic:
Road and lane closures are proposed throughout construction in the vicinity of each pump station. Access to homes will not be impacted, as residents will still be able to access driveways from at least one direction; therefore, no detour routes will be needed.

Mail:
Access to mail will not be impacted by construction. If necessary, the Contractor will work with residents to ensure mail service is maintained.

Garbage Pickup:
Trash service will not be impacted by construction. If necessary, the Contractor will work with residents to ensure trash service is maintained.

Water Service:
Construction will not impact water or sewer services. The Contractor will set up temporary bypass pumping equipment to maintain wastewater flows.
