Pocket Park between Catchmark and Bell’s Furniture:

• Seatwalls have been poured
• Concrete curb and gutter has been completed

Goodrich Park Parking Lot:

• Curb and sidewalk has been poured
• Area graded and gravel placed
• Conduit placed for new lighting

Spring Street Parking Lot:

• New curb has been poured
• New storm catch basins placed
• Preparations for new lighting with new conduit
• Preparations for grading for new pavement

Shared Parking Lot east of Mears:

• New curb and sidewalk has been placed
• Preparations for grading for new pavement
• ***NOTE: We will also now be resurfacing the alley south to Spring Street with this project***

 Goodrich Park Fishing Pier:

• Pilings installed
• New boulders (rip-rap) installed under the new decking
• New deck is being installed

Work expected the week of May 20, 2024:

• Waiting for old lights to be removed from Goodrich Park and Spring Street Parking Lots
• Pouring new concrete ramp and stairs to the Fishing Pier
• Finish the new deck at the Fishing Pier and Railings

Work expected the week of May 27, 2024 – Memorial Day Weekend:

• No work to be done on Monday, May 27, 2024
• Remove old lighting at Goodrich Park and Spring Street Parking Lots
• Complete the Fishing Pier work in Goodrich Park
• Install bases for new lights at Goodrich Park and Spring Street Parking Lots
• Prepare for and potentially pave with new asphalt the parking lots at Goodrich Park, Spring Street and Shared Lot east of Mears and alley south to Spring Street
