Progress Report:
Subcontractor Riverworks Construction continued work on the large boardwalk at the intersection of Pettis Road and Cannonsburg Road, which is nearly complete. Remaining tasks include installing posts, rails, and chain link fencing. Crews are also driving piles and installing a headwall for the boardwalk that will cross over Bear Creek. Integrity Landscaping capped the retaining walls on the west side of the trail and has begun trenching for the wall on the east side, with the leveling pad expected to be placed this week.
Upcoming Work:
Next week, Riverworks will begin construction on the boardwalk joined to the west side of the large boardwalk, and the crew at Bear Creek is expected to finish driving the timber piles. Integrity will begin laying block on the east side retaining wall.
