- Completed installation of trenchless casing beneath Railroad spur and finishing trenchless casing adjacent to the Consumers substation.
- Stripping topsoil and installing soil erosion and sedimentation control measures.
- Taking delivery of pipe materials.
- Locating existing utilities.
- Pipe materials continue arriving.
- Begin fusing pipe and perform destructive sampling.
- Begin pipe trenching and installation.
