Progress Report:
Work has begun this week starting at the northern end of the neighborhood on Sleepy Hollow Lane, with old plastic storm sewer being removed and new concrete storm sewer put in place. New storm structures (manholes and catch basins) are being installed as well, as are new sump pump discharge lines which will connect into the new concrete storm sewer.
Upcoming Work:
For this week, work will continue south down Sand Hollow Drive as the contractor, Cutting Edge, lays pipe upstream.
Note:
Cutting Edge is providing a water truck to spray water on the gravel roadway to keep dust down. They will be applying water to the roadway periodically as dust control.
To maintain traffic around the trench, it will be necessary at times to drive up into the grass to safely pass the jobsite. All disturbed areas of lawns will be regraded and reseeded as necessary.

Also, you may have seen me walking around your neighborhood, and I have met a number of you already. I have made an effort to stop and talk to all the residents I see, so if you would like to talk or have any questions about the project, just let me know. I am here to help.
Look for these weekly updates to be posted every Friday or Monday. I will eventually have a QR code put up by the mailboxes which will link you to this website.
Thank you for your patience!
