Van Buren – Butternut to US-31

• Van Buren from Butternut to US-31 is closed.
• **The intersection of Van Buren, Butternut, and 164^th is tentatively scheduled to close October 19.**

• The final layer of asphalt from 144^th to east of 136^th is scheduled to be paved this week.
• The restoration crew continues to rebuild ditches and seed areas disturbed by construction.

164^th – New Holland to Van Buren

• 164^th Ave is closed between New Holland and Van Buren.

• Transmission main installation continues. Approximately 4,000’ of TM has been installed in 164^th Avenue and approximately 1,000′ remains.
• Welding inside the pipe along 164^th Ave pipeline will begin this week.

Van Buren – US-31 to 96^th Avenue

• Van Buren from US-31 to 112^th Ave is closed.

• Road building continues intermittently.

• Transmission main installation continues east of 120^th Avenue.
• The tunneling operation beneath US-31 has been suspended for the time being.

New Holland – 104^th to 96^th & Easement

• Van Buren Street between 104^th and 96^th Avenue is closed.

• Acceptance testing is underway.
• Restoration work within the SW of Blendon and Bosch & Hulst Drains is expected to begin this week.
