Progress Report:
Cutting Edge has now completed installation of new storm sewer, catch basins, and manholes throughout the neighborhood.
Upcoming Work:
Cutting Edge will begin the process of restoration throughout the neighborhood. This includes pouring new concrete driveways for the properties where driveways were damaged during construction, placement of new topsoil and restoring yards, and repairing sprinklers that were damaged.
Preparations for road paving are also taking place. This involves grading the road to ensure that the water drains properly off the pavement and into the catch basins. Paving is anticipated to take place in early to mid-September.
Notes:
For those who have, or will be receiving a new concrete driveway apron, the concrete contractor has advised that vehicles should not drive on the surface for four days to allow the concrete to properly cure.
