Progress Report:
Kalin Construction and their subcontractors were able to complete Phase 2 (Northland Drive full closure) well ahead of schedule and traffic has been restored. Phase 2 included excavating a 60-foot-wide trench, installing four storm sewer runs, two electrical conduits and the pedestrian tunnel across Northland Drive.
Upcoming Work:
Work will continue on the approaches on both sides of Northland Drive throughout the rest of the construction season. The only ongoing traffic restriction will be the right turn lane at 7 Mile Road for northbound traffic.
