The focus this week was on completing the Phase 1 storm sewer and placing aggregate base in preparation for installing curb. The focus next week will be on installing the curb, sidewalks, and driveway approaches.
Work Completed This Week
- Contractor shaped the road and placed aggregate grade in preparation to place curb & gutter.
- Contractor abandoned old sanitary sewer and old watermain.
- Contractor completed all storm sewer on Phase 1.
- Contractor began grading of sidewalk and drive approaches.

Please note that Phase 2 of the project is scheduled to begin on June 9th. The completion date of Phase 1 is tentatively scheduled for June 23rd.
